Pastor Rupert A. Hall Jr.

Rupert A. Hall Jr. is the Servant Pastor of Turning Point United Methodist Church where he seeks to make the Gospels relevant in the Urban Context. 

Prior to his call into the pastoral ministry, Pastor Rupert served in many capacities both at the local church and within the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Rutgers University School of Law. He has studied at the New Brunswick Theological, Wesley Theological and the Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminaries. 

Prior to being a minister of the Gospel, Pastor Hall was a commercial banker and practiced real estate and banking law. As part of his ministry and witness He currently serves on the Boards of Trustees of the Greater New Jersey Conference of the United Methodist Church ,Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, Mercer Alliance to End Homelessness and Kingsbury Towers where he currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees. In his role as spiritual leader, he constantly leading Turning Point to be “…A relevant church with a heart for the city…”. 

Pastor Rupert enjoys golf and is in the process of restoring a classic sports car. He and Anne his wife of 43 years have three adult children and two grandsons.
